Activities/Curriculum For Summer camp and Pre-k enrichment

The activities and curriculum we follow are:
• within the abilities of each child
• challenge each child’s creative talent and imagination
• provide a structured and an informal form for learning
• focused on school readiness both social/emotional and academic
• Scholastic and Spark based and influenced by Montessori
and a focus on our Natural World.

• puzzles, games, or manipulative
• outdoor play
• large-muscle activities

• construction and blocks
• occasional computer time
• music, singing and dance
• selective videos for special events
• individual quiet activities
• dramatic play
• arts and crafts
• our natural world/garden and seasonal adventures
* Circle time happens every day of school and promotes community and helps us all check in for the day.
